We want you to be completely satisfied with Sandstorm OSINT. If you are not happy with your subscription for any reason, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@sandstormosint.com within 7 days of your first payment with:
- Your account email address
- Subject line: "Refund Request"
Refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
After 7 Days
No refunds are available for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
Annual Subscriptions
Full refund available within 7 days of your first payment. After 7 days, a pro-rata refund for unused months may be offered at our discretion.
Exceptions
We may refuse refunds in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of the refund policy
Cancellation
Cancellation is separate from refunds. You can cancel your subscription via your account billing page or by emailing hello@sandstormosint.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund.
